Your satisfaction matters to us. Here is how returns work.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days from receiving your parcel to change your mind, without giving any reason. Let us know by email (contact@by-vms.com) or via our Contact page, then send the item back within the following 14 days.

• The item must be new, unlit or unused, in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are at your expense.
• We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method, including the original delivery costs (standard rate).

Items that cannot be returned

• Items poured to order or personalised (fragrance, message, label with your name).
• Candles that have been lit, opened diffusers and sprays.
• Gift cards.

Damaged parcel or our mistake

If an item arrives broken or we made a mistake, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will send you a new item free of charge.
